FKT Labs is operated by FKT Nutrition Labs, LLC ("FKT Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit fktlabs.com, subscribe to our emails, buy something from us, or contact us.

Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Information you provide, such as your email address when you subscribe, anything you include when contacting us, and optional information you choose to share — for example, survey responses or preferences about your training, nutrition, or product interests.
  • Subscription information, such as when and where you subscribed, your communication preferences, and whether an email was delivered, opened, clicked, or unsubscribed.
  • Purchase information, if you buy from us, such as the items you ordered, your shipping and billing addresses, and your order history. Payments are handled by our commerce and payment providers; we never receive or store your full card number.
  • Limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device type, referring page, and pages visited. Our website, hosting, and email providers may collect this information automatically.

Some information you might choose to share — about your diet, digestion, or training, for example — can be considered health-related information under some laws. We collect it only when you choose to provide it, and where the law requires consent, we will clearly ask for it first. Please don't include sensitive health details when contacting us unless you're comfortable with us using them to respond.

We keep your subscription information while you remain subscribed and for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. We keep correspondence as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable records, and we keep order records as long as tax, accounting, and other legal obligations require.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe, we will stop sending marketing emails, though we may still send service messages such as order confirmations. We may retain a limited record of your opt-out so that we can honor your preference.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your email address by contacting privacy@fktlabs.com. Please send the request from the email address concerned so we can verify it. We will respond within a reasonable period and may retain limited information when required by law, for security, or to document your opt-out.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and the information described in this policy is processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. By subscribing, purchasing, or contacting us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where European or similar data protection laws apply, we rely on your consent for marketing emails (which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing), on performance of a contract to fulfill orders, and on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to certain processing, to receive your information in a portable format, or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Cookies and browser signals

Our website and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions and limited measurement. We do not currently use cookies or pixels for advertising; if that changes — for example, to measure ads we run on other platforms — we will update this section first. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Because there is no universally accepted standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, our website does not currently respond to them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of online storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children

Our website, mailing list, and products are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
